CIAG Goals for 2023
1. Western Cape to formally claim self-determination by passing the 'Western Cape Peoples Bill' in the Western Cape legislature
2. Referendum Bill passed in national assembly to allow the Western Cape people to express in which form they wish to exercise self-determination (i.e. devolution/federalism/secession)
3. Date and terms agreed with the Western Cape Government for a Western Cape referendum which includes a question on Cape Independence
4. Assemble a powerful voting block of Cape Independence supporters who are ready and willing to influence the outcome of the 2024 Western Cape provincial ballot if it becomes necessary
5. Achieve greater de-facto autonomy as part of the Western Cape Devolution Working Group (WCDWG) by expanding the powers of the WC provincial government, WC municipalities, and establishing a greater role for the Western Cape legislature
